Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing, iterating designs based on feedback.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma and our design system.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, design reviews, and continuously improve ways of working.
Requirements
- Proven UX Design Experience (3 years of experience needed)
- Demonstrated track record of designing user-centered digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes.
- Proficiency in Figma & Design Systems
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and hi-fi designs within established design systems.
- Hands-on experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research and usability tests to inform design iterations.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retros).
- Excellent communication in Swedish and English
Key Skills
- Experience with design systems (understanding how to apply and evolve a shared design system).
- Strong problem-solving and iteration mindset.
