Collaborate with designers to create and maintain designs for medical apps while ensuring consistency across projects. Participate in design reviews and validate implementations with developers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers to create, maintain, and upgrade designs of multiple complex and scalable medical apps
- Maintain and scale our design system to ensure consistency across projects
- Participate in design reviews
- Deliver designs to developers and validate their implementation
- Contribute to design documentation to support projects
- Stay updated with the design patterns, best practices, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation proactively
Requirements
- Certified in UX design or related field
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a product or UX designer, ideally in a fast-paced setting
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including design systems libraries, variables, and prototyping
- Strong familiarity with design heuristics and best practices
- Professional English skills for both communication and documentation
- Experience in documenting design is a strong plus
