UX Designer – Prime Brokerage & Fund Services, Associate

Assist in formulating and executing the product vision by participating in the end-to-end product design process. Collaborate with research teams to make data-driven design decisions and deliver optimized solutions for web and mobile interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the UX lead to formulate and execute the product vision.
- Work closely with the research team to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions optimized for web and mobile interfaces.
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products.
- Work closely with the larger Wealth Management UX team to share design best practices.
Requirements
- 2-5 years as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of launched products.
- A bachelor's degree in design or related field, preferably a master's degree.
- Excellent skills in Figma.
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.
- Ability to leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to validate and enhance design concepts.
- Thrive in a collaborative, explorative environment and value diverse teams.
