PracticeTek seeks a UX Designer to shape user experiences around Chiropractic and Optometry products, focusing on AI solutions, redesigning interfaces, and improving healthcare practice management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers to help own the strategy and UX roadmap for Chiropractic and Optometry capabilities, aligned with business goals and customer needs
 - Design end-to-end user experiences and workflows that align with product strategy and roadmaps
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define requirements and create elegant solutions
 - Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to guide design and strategy decisions
 - Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
 - Ensure design consistency, usability and accessibility across Practicetek products through maintaining and contributing to a shared design system
 - Co-own creating and managing design system components for products
 - Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points to continuously optimize UX experiences for products and maintain a UX roadmap backlog
 - Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design across the organization
 - Define and track design related KPI’s to measure success for informing future design decisions
 - Assess business and user risks associated across UX initiatives
 - Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the Chiropractic, Optometry, Healthcare and AI space
 
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX design experience in a SaaS or software product environment working across web and mobile applications
 - Healthcare a plus but not required
 - Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile applications
 - Proficiency with design, prototyping and design systems in Figma
 - Experience conducting moderated and unmoderated user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
 - Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to product and leadership
 - Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design
 - Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams
 - Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for great design
 - Strong visual design skills to not only make products functional and user friendly but also visually appealing and delightful through elevated UI and interaction
