You will translate high-level requirements into engaging user experiences and be the primary originator for new UI/UX features. You will work closely with the Software team to iterate on these designs as they are implemented.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing feature requirements and creating frameworks and mockups
- Creating storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas
- Establishing the UI/UX processes for design and validation of designs and features consistent with the connectivity software development framework and the enterprise UI/UX processes
- Conduct user research activities to create user flows and journey mapping
- Collaborate with Product Managers and the design team to ensure user journeys and processes are aligned
- Participate in planning meetings with decision makers and stakeholders to define interface and usability requirements for applications and features
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, Human Factors or related field. Or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience working with a software development team
- 5 years of experience in design
- Understanding of videography equipment and principles a plus
