The Graphic Designer will conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials across digital and print channels while supporting new marketing campaigns and community launches. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all creative aligns with Brohn Homes’ identity and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Creative Design & Production: Conceptualize, design, and produce marketing materials across digital and print channels, including ads, flyers, brochures, email graphics, and signage
- Campaign & Brand Development: Support new marketing campaigns and community launches, ensuring all creative aligns with Brohn Homes’ identity and business goals
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Create and edit short-form videos and animations for social media, events, and internal storytelling
- Community & Event Branding: Design community logos, color palettes, maps, floor plan visuals, and event materials that showcase Brohn’s personality and excellence
- Template & Asset Management: Maintain and update brand templates in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to streamline collaboration and improve efficiency
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams — marketing, sales, design, construction, and leadership — to deliver creative that meets project goals and deadlines
- Print & Vendor Coordination: Prepare files for print, manage production specs, and work directly with vendors to ensure top-quality materials and consistency
- Photography Support: Assist with photo selection, retouching, and organization for marketing, social, and website use
- Brand Consistency: Ensure every piece of creative reflects Brohn’s People-First values and visual standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (homebuilding, real estate, or related industry preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
- Comfortable using Canva for quick-turn or collaborative projects
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics for digital and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of print and digital production processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable — able to pivot between tasks while maintaining quality and focus
- Working knowledge of photography and photo editing best practices a plus
