The Senior Graphic Designer will design for various marketing communications and manage the Matterport brand identity. They will collaborate with multiple teams and autonomously drive projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Design for our on and off-line communication needs - including but not limited to:, landing pages, infographics, advertising, presentations, event materials, tradeshow booths, hardware packaging, business cards, signage, iconography, etc.
- Manage and evolve the Matterport brand identity and style guide.
- Collaborate directly with motion designers, writers, marketers, engineers, and videographers.
- Help manage intake process of requests from across all teams.
- Work cross functionally to understand project needs.
- Autonomously drive projects from beginning to end, incorporating feedback, and meeting milestones along the way.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- 5+ years professional experience as a communication/graphic designer.
- Ability to create work that is engaging.
- Ability to convey complicated concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Humble, ego-free attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and feedback-rich environment.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
- Must be highly-proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop as well as Figma.
