UI/UX Web Designer

Predictive Sales AI is looking for a UI/UX Web Designer to design visually stunning, highly functional, and responsive websites that blend creativity with usability in a hybrid/remote role.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype responsive, user-friendly website layouts and mockups that align with brand identity and user needs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code translation and flawless cross-device experiences
- Create engaging UX/UI experiences using best practices in accessibility, visual design, and usability
- Contribute creative direction in team brainstorming and client discussions—your ideas will shape the final product
- Stay inspired: Keep up with the latest web design trends, technologies, and design systems—and bring them to life here
- Deliver with excellence: Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high design standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
- A strong portfolio showcasing website design projects, including responsive and mobile-first sites
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles
- Ability to work closely with developers and translate designs into functional websites
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end basics is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile or collaborative development environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
