As a Product Designer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver engaging design solutions that enhance business value. You will create user journeys, prototypes, and detailed wireframes while collaborating closely with engineering teams for execution.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a cross-functional team, partnering with users, product managers, UX researchers, and development teams to deliver the best and most dazzling design solutions and thus enhancing the business value
- Interact with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure that our UX solutions are conceptualized and delivered with top-notch quality and proper design system compliance
- Competitive and component benchmarking to make sure the design directions are the most appropriate as well as compliant with our design system
- Initiate, plan, and conduct co-creation and sketching sessions with stakeholders, developers, and other designers to help decide on design directions
- Scope, plan, and lead UX activities from the definition stage to concept, interaction design, and development
- Create user journeys, prototypes, and detailed wireframes, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to deliver final UI designs for development and work closely with engineering counterparts for execution
- Help envision and prepare our product for the future through UX Strategy
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping multiple initiatives as a UX / Product Designer in an agile environment
- Experience in user-centered design and design thinking with hands-on experience throughout the process
- Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, particularly AI and machine learning
- Strong customer empathy and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Understanding of information architecture, design patterns and systems, and interaction design
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to the team and customers
- Good at relationship building and able to deal with feedback from various stakeholders
- System thinker, able to see the big picture as well as being able to break things down into reusable components and MVPs
