Lead UX/UI design projects from discovery to delivery while collaborating with various teams to align design strategies with business goals. Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback, ensuring high-quality deliverables across multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design projects from discovery to delivery
- Create user-centered designs across web and mobile products
- Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to align design strategies with business goals
- Build and maintain design systems ensuring consistency and scalability
- Present design concepts, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient time management
- Participate in branding initiatives, workshops, and client meetings
- Mentor junior designers when required
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
- At least 2 years in a leadership or project lead role
- Proven experience designing digital products for agencies or startups (experience with Silicon Valley clients is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with front-end development and design systems (HTML/CSS/JS knowledge is a plus)
- English level: C1 (advanced) for written and verbal communication
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise and product thinking
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Key Skills
