Design product experiences that drive user behavior and create a treatment journey for patients with mental health conditions. Contribute to the design system and collaborate with product teams on strategy and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work with one or two product teams to design product experiences that drive behavior
- Design a treatment journey for patients with ADHD, Anxiety, and other mental health conditions
- Create a product that builds emotional connection, trust, and helps patients achieve goals
- Contribute to the design system to ensure high quality of standardized components while allowing quick iteration on new elements
- Prototype and wireframe quickly to reduce uncertainty at the start of each initiative
- Work with product team(s) on strategy to define OKRs and Initiatives that align with company’s priorities
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a product designer
- Experience working as a part of the product team
- Fluent Russian and English
- Fit with the company culture: focus, transparency, ownership, evidence-based decision making
- Structured approach to problem-solving
- Strong argumentation and logic
- Experience making design decisions based on data analysis and user research
- Experience working on AI-based product experiences is a plus
