Lead and execute user experience and design initiatives for Bolt Business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advocating for the user, running usability tests, and ensuring design decisions are based on user research and feedback
- Collaborating with user researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and limitations
- Developing interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and test usability
- Managing design projects to ensure adherence to timelines and balancing multiple tasks effectively
- Contributing to or developing design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products
- Creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company
- Proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work for mobile and web platforms
- Strong background in creating and working with design systems
- Experience designing intuitive dashboards and portals for both web and mobile applications
- Creative and strategic mindset
- Fluent in English
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Plan iterative design deliveries with clear, achievable milestones
