Lead end-to-end design for complex, multi-state flows and systems while driving discovery through research and data synthesis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problem metrics and ensure high-quality implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex, multi-state flows and systems
- Shape problem definition and success metrics with PM/EM
- Drive discovery efforts (research, interviews, data synthesis)
- Own craft and systems, refine interaction and visual design
- Partner through delivery, write approachable specs, and ensure high-quality implementation
- Mentor and multiply, give feedback, and model great critiques
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on complex systems
- Strong in product thinking, able to form rigorous hypotheses and influence team understanding
- Research-forward, initiating and leading studies to translate findings into clear, pragmatic decisions
- Systems-minded craft, simplifying complex problems and evolving patterns with strong rationale
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
