The Senior Product Designer / Lead Design System Manager will lead the design team, define product design strategy, and collaborate with product and development teams. They will also improve user experience and manage complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Direction of the design team
- Definition of product design strategy
- Collaboration with product and development teams
- Improvement of user experience
- Management of complex projects
- Creation and management of Design Systems components and variables
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience, ideally in an agency setting
- Master of design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Experience in UX/UI design
- Knowledge of user research methodologies
- Experience in Design Systems
