Lead end-to-end design across multiple product domains and drive the evolution of HeliosX’s design system. Collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality delivery and mentor other product designers.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end design across multiple product domains.
- Drive the evolution of HeliosX’s design system and ensure adoption across teams.
- Partner with product, marketing and brand to deliver cohesive global digital brand updates.
- Shape CMS-driven experiences that scale efficiently across markets.
- In partnership with the UXR team, conduct user research, usability testing, and UX audits to inform design.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Brand & Marketing teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Manage and mentor other product designers, raising the overall craft and consistency of the design team.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio.
- Additionally, 2+ years in a lead role with line management and mentoring responsibilities.
- Strong experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, Contentful) and brand alignment.
- Skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about inclusive design.
- Comfortable in cross-functional, fast-paced environments, ideally within tech, health tech, or regulated industries.
- Confident working independently, managing ambiguity, and driving forward strategic design initiatives.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator who builds trust with engineers, Product Managers, clinicians, and stakeholders.
