Lead design projects across multiple product areas and refine the long-term product vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Design Solutions: Own and execute design projects that span multiple product areas
- Product Vision & Strategy: Refine and improve the long-term direction of our products
- User Research & Data-Informed Design: Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions
- Visual & Interaction Design Excellence: Deliver high-quality, visually polished, and highly usable designs
- Design Systems Contribution: Help evolve our design systems
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance to junior designers
Requirements
- 7-9+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
- Large Language Model powered products such as Chatbot and Voicebot
- Contact Center Industry domain knowledge
- Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience working with design systems and contributing to scalable UI frameworks
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Experience conducting user research and data analysis
