Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end user experience for one or two product verticals, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Influence EarnIn’s product vision and design strategy while ensuring a consistent experience across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience for one or two product verticals, working with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to bring a great experience to life.
• Influence EarnIn’s product vision and design strategy.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent experience & design language across our platform.
• Execute and contribute to our design system and processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with product teams to ship consumer products.
• Skilled collaborator: you understand how to plan projects, have excellent etiquette around others’ ideas, and can get the best out of your colleagues.
• Prolific - you’re much more of a maker than a talker. You use your work to explore many possible solutions to a customer's need.
• Use proven principles and tools across the end-to-end design process.
• Excellent thinking and communication skills (because you’re a designer). You’re skilled at arguing for your point of view, designing, and giving/receiving feedback.
• Curious: You work from customer needs first.
• Passion for impactful financial technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required.
