Responsibilities
- Lead overall design projects by communicating with product, business, data, and engineering teams for innovative financial service design for sellers
- Actively participate in setting product vision and roadmap and contribute to strategic decision-making
- Identify and analyze problems in existing products and services to suggest user experience improvement directions
Requirements
- Application design and service launch experience
- At least 5 years of end-to-end product design experience (UI & UX)
- Excellent portfolio showcasing typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe
- Experience in setting up project strategies and creating evidence-based outcomes
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
