Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator (Central Ohio)

Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms and the company website. Collaborate with teams to capture content at events and design promotional materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media content, videos, graphics, and promotions
- Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content
- Design promotional signage for in-store and digital campaigns
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website
- Travel to store locations and events for content capture
- Create marketing briefs and collaborate across departments
- Collaborate with store leadership to promote and execute marketing events
- Track metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategy
- Maintain website and Google Business listings
- Identify and act on trends and growth opportunities
- Develop relationships and partnerships with influencers and community organizations for collaboration
- Manage online engagement through comments, messages, and interactions
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Graphic Design
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing past work
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Proven ability to create scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video
- Strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Excellent time management and adaptability
- Insight into analytics, engagement, and digital trends

In 1989 David, Mitch and Ben’s parents, Dave and Sandy Monnin, started their own home furnishings store – Highland Home Furnishings – in Bellefontaine, outside of Columbus, Ohio.
