The Web Designer will create visually appealing and high-converting landing pages to support online programs. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to achieve enrollment goals and ensure pages are optimized for conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop landing pages: 70%
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: 20%
- Track and report on landing page performance: 5%
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure landing pages are aligned with the overall outreach strategy.
- Ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and progress.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on landing page performance, including conversion rates and bounce rates.
- Use data to inform future landing page design and optimization.
- Work collaboratively with the Office of Communications and University Relations and adhere to the standards set therein.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices
- Previous experience with content management systems (Wordpress, HubSpot, Instagpage, etc.)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus
