Remote Contract Senior
A Senior Product Designer role at a global digital product studio, focusing on creating innovative B2B solutions and user-centric experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for features and flows, from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and engineering handover
- Explore and communicate design concepts through artefacts like sketches, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes suitable for research and validation
- Support on validating design concepts by eliciting user feedback, measuring usability, considering market analysis and balance against technical constraints/opportunities
- Engage clients, stakeholders, and your team to ensure your proposed design fits business goals and technical constraints in addition to user needs
- Craft simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences for a global user base with diverse needs
- Collaborate in design critiques, engineering handovers, and ongoing stakeholder reviews to push the quality of the work
- Partner side-by-side with engineers to bring designs to life and to quickly resolve challenges
Requirements
- Deep empathy and an ability to think like a user
- A maker mindset - comfortable designing, prototyping, iterating, and shipping
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with attention to detail and craft
- Experience designing for responsive web and native mobile (iOS/Android) platforms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort with research-driven design, including user research, A/B testing methodologies and iterative validation
- Proficiency in Figma
- Systems thinker to effectively use existing mature design system at pace
