Lead UX/UI Designer

A Lead UX/UI Designer role to lead the design and development of user-centric digital products in an international, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability
• Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and best practices
• Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST)
• Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research
• Experience working in banking environments (PLUS)
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
