A Senior Product Designer role to lead the design of AI-focused products, shaping user experience and driving innovation in a high-growth, VC-backed startup.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end design: Leading the design process for new features and products, from initial concepts and user flows to high-fidelity, polished UIs that make our users' lives easier
 - Building from scratch (0-1): Taking the lead on designing entirely new products, tackling ambiguity with creativity and structured thinking to find elegant solutions for complex user problems
 - Shaping user experience strategy: Collaborating with Product and Engineering to define not just what we build, but why, ensuring every design decision is grounded in user needs and business goals
 - Elevating our design system: Maturing and evolving our design system to enable speed and consistency, implementing tokens, modern tooling, and best practices
 - Crafting delightful interactions: Going beyond static screens to implement thoughtful animations and micro-interactions that make our software feel intuitive, responsive, and even fun to use
 - Deeply understanding our users: Partnering with our user researcher to conduct interviews, analyse feedback, and become the go-to expert on our users' workflows, pain points, and needs
 
Requirements
- An experienced product designer with a strong track record of designing and shipping complex B2B SaaS products within a fast-paced, VC-backed startup environment
 - A systems thinker with demonstrable experience building and scaling design systems
 - Product-minded and data-informed, using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure impact
 - A master of your craft with expert-level skills in Figma, prototyping, and leveraging modern design tools
 - A natural collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional team
 - Mission-driven with a passion for creating a tangible, positive impact on society
