Design solutions for a broad variety of enterprise modules, administrative workflows, and consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design solutions for a broad variety of enterprise modules, administrative workflows, and consumer experiences.
  • Optimize existing interfaces and design entirely new products from scratch.
  • Drive team scalability and efficiency through strong digital asset management practices, expansion and administration of component libraries, and principles of atomic design.
  • Facilitate and participate in a full spectrum of conceptual design sessions, product development cycles, and high-velocity prototyping for prospect/customer pitches of innovative roadmap products.
  • Break down problems into their key flows and their many logical pieces and then build them back up into exceptional UX/UI solutions.
  • Create sketches, wireframes, screenflows, prototypes, and presentations.
  • Advise on and implement new processes to help improve product delivery velocity and quality.
  • Use your experience in UX research, interaction design & UI design to think outside the box.
  • Closely collaborate with engineers and PMs to ensure that design intent is achieved.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the design and development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Software Product Design.
  • Experience designing for both Enterprise/B2B and consumer-facing products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience building out component libraries with the tool.
  • Strong with process, both in defining and applying it.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Desire to continually learn and share knowledge.
  • Team player and strong cross-functional collaborator who is comfortable working in an Agile environment for a digital product-based company.
  • Motivated, self-starting individual who takes ownership and always knows how to hit the ground running.

Key Skills
