UX Designer

A creative and user-centered UX Designer is sought to join a growing team, responsible for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics
• Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and/or mobile applications
• Collaborate with UI designers to create high-fidelity mockups and visual designs
• Iterate designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members
• Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards across the organization
• Work cross-functionally with product managers and developers throughout the product lifecycle
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to design systems/style guides

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a related role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, processes, and impact
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Skills

• Experience with design systems and responsive design (nice to have)
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development basics is a plus (nice to have)
• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards) (nice to have)
• Knowledge of Agile or Lean UX methodologies (nice to have)
