Senior Product Designer to join Palo Alto Networks team, shaping the future of security products and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver large, complex projects, from conception to completion
 - Contribute to and enhance common design system modules
 - Improve product quality, proactively working on initiatives like testing and process enhancements
 - Team up with and influence peers across different teams and organizations to solve cross-functional problems
 - Play a key role in mentoring and professionally developing team members at lower job levels
 - Work on complex and often vague problems in the security world, requiring in-depth evaluation and creative application of methods to find solutions
 - Utilize excellent presentation skills, often sought out by other teams for tech talks
 - Be actively involved in interviews to assess design candidates
 
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX design in enterprise products, with a significant portion in a lead or principal role
 - Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
 - Exceptional ability to translate complex requirements, user needs, and research insights into clear, intuitive designs
 - Proven success navigating complex enterprise environments and leading outcome-driven design initiatives
 - A collaborative, thoughtful approach, comfortable operating autonomously while also mentoring and enabling others
