Hybrid Full-time Senior

The Senior UX Designer will lead the end-to-end UX design process across product areas and assist with the strategic planning of design initiatives. They will play a key role in shaping the overall design strategy and influencing decision-making at senior levels.

Responsibilities

  • Creativity: You can effectively demonstrate your expertise in creating seamless user experiences specifically across all digital channels
  • Ownership: help lead the end-to-end UX design process across product areas
  • Design leadership: Assist with the strategic planning of design initiatives, aligning design efforts with broader business goals. Play a key role in shaping our overall design strategy, influencing decision-making at senior levels.
  • Brand knowledge: You will be able to follow and contribute to wider branding initiatives and help facilitate our brand promise of 'feel good investing' into different experiences
  • Design Systems: You have extensive knowledge in creating and maintaining components in a Figma library, bringing creative ideas to help iteration, contributing extensively to the development of our new design guidelines and component libraries.
  • Collaboration: You are able to collaborate with executive and cross-functional teams and will play a key role in building and nurturing team collaboration.
  • Decision making: You can make informed and strategic decisions in the design process, balancing user needs, business considerations and creative goals.
  • Research: You can illustrate skills in designing and overseeing comprehensive usability testing processes, utilising both quantitive and qualitative methodologies.
  • You will be an advocate for UX in the wider business looking for opportunities to showcase UX.
  • You will be able to inspire and motivate team members providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Contribute to weekly UX Critique sessions.
