You will improve our software and ensure that every experience with us is memorable. You will create user journeys, mock-ups, designs, and prototypes while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Improving the software and ensuring that every experience with the company is memorable
- Creating user journeys, mock-ups, designs, and prototypes
- Designing the user interface with the company's design system and design principles
- Helping to expand the design system and communicating it to stakeholders
- Working closely with UX researchers, product owners, product managers, and developers
- Accompanying usability tests and applying other UX research methods
Requirements
- Completed training in the field of HCID, design or computer science or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of experience in UX design
- In-depth knowledge of common design tools, preferably Figma
- Knowledge of prototype creation
- Good German and English language skills, understanding of Swiss German
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and target group-specifically
- Team-oriented and independent working method
