Vodafone Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Senior UX Designer to enhance user experience on Vodafone Germany's website, e-commerce site, and management portal.
Responsibilities
- Optimise the user experience and usability of the website, e-commerce site and management portal of Vodafone Germany
- Design detailed interaction design specifications/wireframes
- Improve and continuously maintain UX standards and processes in collaboration with other UX members
- Work directly with multiple stakeholders to specify and track implementation to ensure the best user experience
- Identify UX quality issues and negotiate the appropriate UX solutions within a cross-functional team
- Share knowledge openly in the team, mentor designers and undertake a peer review of work
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design and management
- Very good knowledge in the use of UX tools (Figma), design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping software (Axure) as well as user testing methods
- Experienced in working with software developers and design handoff requirements
- Full proficiency in English
- Ability to work with and coordinate cross-functional project
