Full-time Senior

Serve as a UX design & research expert, facilitating ideation sessions and leading user-centered design projects.

Facilitate ideation, design thinking and collaboration sessions.
Coach & mentor team members on all aspects of design from methodologies to execution.
Lead the development of personas, user flows and scenarios, goal/task analyses, and other key tools of user-centered design.
Conduct usability testing and translate findings into product improvements.
Work effectively and independently with stakeholders, subject matter experts and users.

Degree in a Design discipline such as Human Computer Interaction, Product, Industrial, Digital design etc preferred.
A minimum of 8 years experience as user experience designer, with experience in user research, interaction design, and visual design.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a team lead.
Positive attitude to learning.
