The UI/UX Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and bilingual user experiences for large-scale government and enterprise platforms in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Design user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Create responsive, bilingual (LTR/RTL) UI layouts for web and mobile.
- Maintain design systems and component libraries in Figma or Adobe XD.
- Ensure WCAG 2.1 compliance and accessibility best practices.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers for pixel-perfect implementation.
- Refine designs based on analytics, testing, and user feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for web or mobile platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex or enterprise-level systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
- Experience designing bilingual (Arabic/English) or RTL interfaces.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to work closely with developers.
- Exposure to government or real estate platforms is a plus.
