Senior Graphic Designer

Behaviour Interactive is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their Marketing Creative Team in Montreal, responsible for shaping the visual identity of Behaviour’s IPs and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Associate Art Director and other graphic designers to define and execute visual strategies
• Collaborate and communicate closely with the PM team to ensure smooth delivery of the assets
• Design and produce a wide variety of marketing assets: key art, logos, presentations, promotional materials, social media visuals, and more
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance
• Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts and final executions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop tailored design solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a creative agency or studio environment
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
• Demonstrates strong project leadership and fosters effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• A clear understanding of workload priorities, proactively identifies potential blockers, and takes initiative to address them
• A strong and polished portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and campaign work is required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English
