Graphic Designer / Creative Specialist

Lead day-to-day design projects across various mediums, including digital, print, and social. Collaborate with marketing leaders to execute design-forward campaigns that engage and influence audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day design projects across digital, print, social, experiential, and branded environments
- Collaborate with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to concept and execute design-forward campaigns
- Champion and evolve the visual identity and design system
- Seek out fresh creative ideas, new tools, and emerging design mediums
- Manage multiple projects with precision, deliver on deadline, and maintain a consistently high visual standard
- Partner closely with the Vice President, Chief of Staff, and Content Strategy leadership
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic, digital, or creative design in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual communication
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social platforms, and web design best practices
- Must be available on-site in NYC
