As a Senior UX Writer, you will craft clear and impactful content for the Freenow passenger app while collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers. You will also lead initiatives to drive the UX team strategy and ensure content is inclusive and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Content creation: Craft clear, concise, and compelling content for all existing and new features within the passenger app.
- Domain ownership: Assume full stewardship of UX writing for Freenow passengers’ app.
- UX Strategy: Help drive UX team strategy, leading initiatives from it together with other UX peers.
- Collaboration: Collaborate actively with Designers, PMs and another UX Writer focused on our Driver products to reach best-in-class writing.
- Data-Driven: Participate and contribute to user research initiatives.
- Feedback culture: Love receiving and providing constructive feedback.
- Understanding business: Cater to user requirements and contribute to product and organizational success.
- Accessibility and inclusivity: Commit to content that is inclusive, accessible, and legally compliant.
- Localization management: Demonstrate proficiency in managing content within Phrase.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX writing, Content Design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects written in English.
- Understanding of UX design principles and familiarity with Figma and Phrase
- Solid understanding of the design process and how to leverage user insights in your craft
- Solid presentation skills and storytelling
- Comfortable defining your own priorities
- Experience with AI in design process
