UX Writer

The UX Writer will collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers to create clear and consistent content for digital products. They will be responsible for all user-facing text and ensure alignment with brand guidelines across Clip's ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers to create clear and consistent content for digital products
• Be responsible for all text users encounter in Clip products
• Implement and align brand content guidelines across Clip's product and service ecosystem
• Write all interaction texts to facilitate navigation, including interaction messages, product notifications, and communications
• Create multilingual content (Spanish/English)
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research to optimize content
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and content justifications, focusing on user-centered solutions
• Create and maintain style guides for the interface
• Understand key product strategies and integrate them into content strategy
• Own the copy and microcopy in client-oriented products and define the role of UX text in the site

Requirements

• More than 5 years of proven experience as a UX Writer
• University degree in Communication, Literature, Journalism, or Linguistics
• Degrees in Visual Communication Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design
• Training in Psychology or Cognitive Sciences
• Specializations or certifications in UX Writing, Content Design, or UX/UI
• Bilingual or multilingual fluency (Spanish-English)
• Experience designing for fintech, e-commerce, or payments, ideally in banking, digital wallets, or consumer payment experiences
