As a Senior UX Writer, you will craft clear and impactful content for Freenow's passenger app while collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers. You will also lead initiatives to drive the UX team strategy and ensure content is inclusive and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Content creation for existing and new features in the passenger app
- Domain ownership of UX writing for Freenow passengers' app
- Help drive UX team strategy
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and another UX Writer
- Participate in user research initiatives
- Provide and receive feedback
- Understand business requirements and contribute to product success
- Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and legally compliant
- Manage content localization with Phrase
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX writing, Content Design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful projects in English
- Understanding of UX design principles and familiarity with Figma and Phrase
- Solid presentation skills and storytelling
- Comfortable defining priorities
- Experience with AI in design process
