Sr. UX Writer

Lead content strategy and design across the product ecosystem, ensuring a user-centered approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage content that enhances user experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Content Strategy: Define and implement content strategies that align with user needs and business goals. You’ll shape the story and ensure it’s told consistently across platforms.
• Create End-to-End Experiences: Write and manage content across the full lifecycle—from initial creation to updates—using tools like Figma, Pendo, and Contentful.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and support teams to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience.
• Mentor and Innovate: Guide junior team members, foster collaboration, and bring fresh ideas to elevate our content practice.
• Leverage Research & Data: Use user insights and analytics to refine content and improve usability.
• Champion Accessibility & Clarity: Maintain content guidelines and design systems that ensure clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UX writing, content design, or content strategy with a portfolio that showcases your strategic thinking and execution.
• Proven experience creating and executing content strategies—bonus points for content operations expertise.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for exploring how they can enhance content creation.
• Experience with Agile workflows and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• A strategic mindset—someone who can see the big picture and connect the dots.
