The role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build and evolve AI experiences and leading content design for key work streams. You will influence UX partnerships and advocate for user-focused content experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build and evolve AIM and AIO experiences
  • Lead content design for key work streams; scope opportunities, set the plan, and deliver high-quality UX deliverables that shape product experiences
  • Influence UX and cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations, drive understanding and alignment, and advocate for user-focused content experiences
  • Define and drive the creation of UX writing and content design frameworks and holistic content strategies for user experiences
  • Own outcomes for multiple projects or programs by setting or communicating product direction and priorities that have significant impact across teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related
  • Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
  • Experience in UX-focused consumer product content design and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
