Requirements

• A designer with 5+ years of experience creating and shipping digital products at scale.
• You bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking - from insight to execution.
• You’re a systems thinker who can simplify complexity and design with empathy, precision, and intent.
• You communicate clearly and persuasively, adapting your storytelling for both technical and executive audiences.
• You approach challenges with curiosity and a growth mindset, exploring how AI and new tools can amplify your impact.
