Create meaningful visual assets for national campaigns and collaborate with marketing colleagues. Ensure brand consistency while reflecting local communities in design work.

Responsibilities

  • Design with purpose: Create meaningful, impactful visual assets for national campaigns and communications
  • Collaborate closely: Work alongside marketing colleagues across campaigns, social media, digital and CRM to bring creative ideas to life
  • Champion our brand: Keep our visual identity consistent, while making sure designs reflect local communities and audiences
  • Grow and evolve: Bring fresh, contemporary ideas to help our brand stay ahead of the curve
  • Refine and deliver: Listen to feedback, build on ideas, and produce thoughtful, high-quality design work across print and digital

Requirements

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in a design role, ideally within marketing or advertising
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • A portfolio that shows your creativity, adaptability and understanding of branding
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to share ideas clearly and collaboratively
  • A genuine passion for storytelling through design and making a positive impact
