Lead the creative and graphic strategy for social media channels across multiple brands, ensuring high-impact visual storytelling. Act as a bridge between the social media and design teams to ensure collaboration and alignment with marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative and graphic strategy for our social media channels across multiple brands, ensuring high-impact visual storytelling
- Act as a bridge between the social media and design teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with marketing goals
- Master Canva and other digital tools to create on-brand, engaging, and high-quality content for different platforms
- Adapt designs to the unique style, format, and audience preferences of each social platform (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Stay on top of the latest social media design trends and implement best practices in visual storytelling
- Develop and optimize templates, workflows, and content formats to streamline social media content creation
- Guide and inspire the team by sharing insights, references, and new creative approaches
- Present and pitch creative concepts based on social media trends and audience engagement insights
- Modify and refine content based on internal and client feedback while maintaining high creative standards
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on social media content
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, their visual styles, and content best practices
- Expert in Canva, with the ability to push its capabilities to create dynamic and engaging content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with motion design and video editing is a strong plus
- Strong visual storytelling skills, capable of creating engaging designs that drive interaction
- Culturally aware and up to date with digital marketing trends, memes, and viral content
- Experience in an agency or fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple brands
- Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback while maintaining creative excellence
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher)
