As a User Experience Researcher, you will generate actionable insights to improve customer experiences and work alongside UX professionals in transforming the product. You will conduct user research to inform cross-functional teams and identify opportunities for enhancing user experience.
Responsibilities
- Embed user research into the double diamond process
- Deliver end-to-end research including setup, recruitment, moderation, data collection, analysis, and debrief
- Deliver research workshops with key stakeholders
- Conduct primary and secondary user research
- Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies
- Advocate research findings through written and oral presentations
- Collaborate with stakeholders in agile workflows
- Ask questions, gather data, and analyze data
- Use UX research tools like User Testing and Contentsquare
- Provide support, guidance, and coaching to designers and UX/UI
