UX Researcher II

As a UX Researcher II, you will manage people who help teams understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. You will plan and conduct research studies, synthesize data into insights, and communicate recommendations to improve user experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan studies and conduct research studies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand research questions.
• Understand user needs through a variety of research methodologies.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into findings and insights.
• Clearly communicate recommendations to improve the user experience and usefulness of products.
• Work with designers to iterate and test solutions.
• Keep up to date on what is happening in the market and with competitors.
• Recruit participants for studies.

Requirements

• Experience with user research methods such as usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
• Ability to lead small to medium projects independently.
• Experience with a survey tool such as surveymonkey.com or Qualtrics.
• Ability to prioritize research findings based on research questions and strategic importance.
• Degree in human factors, psychology, anthropology, human geography, or other relevant subject area.
• Experience researching AI products and using AI to assist with research.
• Understanding of the Jobs to Be Done framework.
