Conceive, design, and execute research projects using various quantitative methods, culminating in clear, data-driven recommendations. Collaborate closely with executive leadership and advocate for findings across teams to drive user-first product development.
Responsibilities
- Conceive, design, and execute research projects using various quantitative methods, culminating in clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Manage comprehensive survey research, including instrument creation, field execution, data analysis, and detailed reporting.
- Navigate emerging problem spaces by applying creative, proactive, and futuristic thinking to identify new products and research opportunities.
- Identify key insights, clearly communicate recommendations to relevant audiences, and act as an ongoing advocate for findings across teams.
- Build deep relationships with leaders and partners to approach questions holistically and drive long-term, scalable culture shifts within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting (e.g., product or academic), or similar.
- Experience with mixed methods research, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of teams.
