As a UI/UX Designer, you will work on both client projects and internal assignments within our consulting business. You will be expected to apply your design expertise to create effective user interfaces and enhance user experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in digital product development (mid–senior level)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interface design, interaction design, and use of design systems
- Hands-on experience with user research and UX evaluation methods
- Proven experience with applying design systems
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, complex environments
- Experience with industrial solutions, digital twin, or complex SaaS products
- Degree in Interaction design, Industrial design, Visual communication, Human-computer Interaction or related field
- Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills across diverse teams
