Senior UI/UX Designer

Senior UI/UX Designer at Favorited to lead end-to-end UI/UX design for gamified live streaming experiences, focusing on user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for a gamified live streaming experience
• Design and refine gamified systems such as leaderboards, in-app stores, progression, achievements, and reward structures
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and game designers to translate ideas into intuitive, engaging interfaces
• Champion user-centered design principles across the product
• Leverage design thinking philosophies to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into rapid design iterations
• Anticipate how design decisions will scale in live service environments
• Advocate for cohesive visual design standards and UI/UX best practices

Requirements

• 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 3 years in mobile or live service games
• Proven track record designing for meta-game features
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution
• Deep passion for gaming, live streaming, and real-time interactive online experiences
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product, design, and engineering
• Strong communication skills
