Product Designer

Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that drive business results and enhance the product experience. Collaborate with Product, Dev, and Marketing teams to align design with goals and ensure consistency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that drive business results and enhance the product experience.
• Turn complex ideas and data into intuitive, visually engaging interfaces for web.
• Collaborate with Product, Dev, and Marketing teams to align design with goals and ensure consistency.
• Evolve and maintain the Design System and contribute to CRO and user-testing initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product or UI/UX Design with a strong portfolio of shipped projects.
• Mastery of Figma and mobile-first design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking and data-driven decisions.

Key Skills

• Experience in conversion-focused design and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
• Skills in motion design, prototyping, or basic HTML/CSS.
• Experience mentoring other designers or contributing to design systems.
• Interest in AI tools or automation in creative workflows.
