As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape the strategic direction of product offerings and drive design excellence. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality user experiences and improve design processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Shape your team’s goals and roadmap by providing a user-centered perspective
- Optimize and streamline design processes by managing team operations and tools
- Collaborate across departments with Customer Innovation, Marketing, and Product
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Mentor and coach junior designers
- Champion a data-driven approach, leveraging metrics to make informed design decisions
- Ensure collaboration between teams, actively communicating your team’s goals and identifying opportunities for cross-functional projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions for web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- A Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (a master’s degree is preferred)
- Expertise in design processes, tools, and principles, with proficiency in Figma, and product management tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies
