Product Designer- UX/UI

The Product Designer- UX/UI is responsible for overseeing the product design vision and execution, aligning design initiatives with business goals, and fostering innovation in user experience across web and mobile products.

Responsibilities

• Leads the creation of all UX/UI interaction design artifacts and execution of activities necessary to deliver a vision for the overall user experience
• Oversees execution of multiple, large digital product design initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand identity, and user-centered design principles
• Collaborates with leadership, business leaders, digital product leaders, and technology leaders to shape the design of digital products
• Drives a product experience design that aligns with business strategic goals, contributing to growth and success
• Incorporates AI, automation, and hyper-personalization to enhance the user experience
• Stays at the forefront of industry trends and applies this knowledge to inform and elevate the product experience design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Product Design
• At least ten (10) years of business or IT experience including at least eight (8) years of progressive relevant work experience in product experience design or UX design
• Experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager, and other relevant software

Key Skills

• Established and well-presented portfolio showcasing design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, Figma Make, Vercel
• Demonstrated ability to move from concept to hands-on design execution
• Experience using Agile development methodologies
• Incorporation of research and analytics insights into design decisions
• AI experience
• Vibe coding or prototyping skills
