Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews to gather insights
- Decide on user research approach
- Create strategy based on the findings
- Implement audit findings to enhance the functionality and usability of internal tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business needs
- Communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in UX design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Proven track record in audit implementation for internal tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
